Hello food lover! I’m Nichole, a Metro Detroit-born and raised enthusiastic eater, music lover, and the voice behind Eatroit City.
I started this blog because I love how food connects people and their community. (I’m also easily bored, and I love to eat.) From hole-in-the-wall spots to tasting menus, I’m always hunting for the next plate worth writing about. When I have the motivation, I love to eat the tasting menus and then come home and try to replicate what I loved in my kitchen.
You won’t find sugar-coated reviews here - just honest takes, big flavors, and a whole lot of love for the food scene. Whether you’re a fellow Detroiter or just passing through, welcome to the table.
